The Advantage of Retouching with us:

Most of our clients schedule an appointment with us and have us retouch their images while they sit with us in our office. By doing so we are looking at your image(s) together and we are able to customize our retouching exactly how you would like it to be . In addition, an image always looks a little different on paper than how it appears on a monitor. That is why prior to your appointment we always make a print of each image so you can make better decisions of what needs to be retouched.

Of course, if you are not able to come into our office we can still provide you with superior retouching services. You would be able review your retouching and approve it through email and ultimately view a test print that can be sent to you.

The Retouching Process:

After you have made an appointment with us, we will prep and color balance your image(s), and then make a print of all the images that you have requested to be retouched. When you arrive for your appointment, the first step of the process is for us to look at these prints with you and consult with you on what you would like to have retouched. You will then immediately sit next to our skilled retouchers as they perform the retouching for you. By doing so you will also be able to give them additional input as they enhance your image. Finally we will generate a new print of each image that has the retouching incorporated into it. We will then review it/them with you. If necessary we will rework or perform additional retouching until you are satisfied and ready to approve each image. Once you have approved your retouching you are ready to place your quantity order.

In addition, by approving the retouched prints you have the option of by passing the “test print” stage of your process and may request to have the full quantity of your order completed for the following business day.

Please also note that when you schedule an appointment with us and provided us with either the image number(s) or name, or the images themselves, you are authorizing us to begin the retouching process and to prep your images for your appointment. Please be aware that should you change your mind and opt not to retouch any of these images, we will have already performed some work for you. The $20.00 output fee will be applied to each image that has been prepared but not retouched.

The Retouching Pricing:

Reproductions offers special retouching rates for our clients who after completing their retouching, immediately continue by placing a quantity order with those same images.

Clients opting for only our retouching services will be billed the regular competitive rates as listed below:
